Here’s my biggest pet peeve on social media:

The endless “must have, best ever” workout/food/jeans.

There is no best protein source. There are no must have jeans. There is no ideal workout. 

I’m SO over hearing from people
These are my favorite, go to, single serve desserts that I eat daily. 

Here are the criteria I use for single serve:

✅Pre portioned and/or individually wrapped

✅Almost all of these (minus the Clio yogurt bar) are 100 calories or less per serving.
