Before we meet, you’ll answer a detailed intake form so I can prep for our call.

During the session we will:

  • Identify what’s driving the issue/behavior (often not what you think it is)

  • Build a step by step strategy grounded in the science of behavior change

  • Anticipate and plan for obstacles

  • Create a clear, doable roadmap that aligns with your schedule, lifestyle and preferences

  • One hour strategy session to tackle your specific challenge/question including a customized, detailed action plan you can easily follow

  • Recording and meeting notes from our call so you don’t have to take notes and can refer back to our conversation anytime

  • One round of email support after our call so you can ask any questions/get feedback as you start to implement your plan

The fine print

Is this a replacement for long term 1:1 coaching? No.

A Power Hour is designed for someone who:

  • Has one specific, contained challenge

  • Is comfortable and confident implementing on their own

  • Wants to “test drive” coaching before committing

This works best when what you’re facing is a shorter term, more recent challenge rather than a years long, chronic struggle.

If you are navigating more than one of the challenges listed in the What We Can Work On section or have been struggling with an issue for more than a 12-18 months, my signature 1:1 coaching program will support you better.

But if you need quick clarity and a straightforward action plan? This is the perfect fit.
