Create a clear, doable roadmap that aligns with your schedule, lifestyle and preferences

The fine print
Is this a replacement for long term 1:1 coaching? No.
A Power Hour is designed for someone who:
Has one specific, contained challenge
Is comfortable and confident implementing on their own
Wants to “test drive” coaching before committing
This works best when what you’re facing is a shorter term, more recent challenge rather than a years long, chronic struggle.
If you are navigating more than one of the challenges listed in the What We Can Work On section or have been struggling with an issue for more than a 12-18 months, my signature 1:1 coaching program will support you better.
But if you need quick clarity and a straightforward action plan? This is the perfect fit.
