All about Jordana

I lived most of my life trapped by food. Plain and simple. And I thought that was just how it was going to be. Forever. I was just “one of those people” who could never eat just 1 or 2 cookies or order a burger without negotiating the next day’s workout in my head.

But now I’m free. Because after years of chronic dieting, I finally invested the time and effort in myself to learn how to eat in a way that makes my body feel safe and happy.

That means eating nutritious foods. Eating meals that are actually filling. Enjoying what I eat vs. thinking I’m getting ahead by depriving myself of foods I enjoyed.

It is not the number on the scale or the tag of your pants that brings you happiness-it is the way you feel around food and in your body.

And it is the freedom to choose what you know works for you.

I’m a Board Certified Health & Wellness coach and have been coaching women in wellness, movement and self care for over 9 years. I’m also a certified Master Health Coach through Precision Nutrition, and a 500 hour certified yoga teacher with Jules Mitchell.
