Here’s how it works:
You’ll start off with a short homework assignment to get you primed and ready to go for 5 days of food journaling
Then you’ll journal your food for 5 days using my custom form (not a calorie tracker in sight!) that focuses on the what, when, where, why & how of what you are eating
When the 5 days are complete you’ll do some guided reflection and detective work using targeted, specific questions that will reveal the behaviors keeping you stuck
You’ll submit your journal and reflection questions to me for review and within one week you’ll get a short video reply with my expert insight and guidance for how to make strategic changes that will finally make a difference.
Then you’ll complete your PDF blueprint, mapping out the key challenges you uncovered alongside the specific skills to address each one — giving you a clear, visual guide to your plan.
