how does soft body summer work?

  • Soft Body Summer has 2 components: a weekly skill delivered through 3 emails per week and a private group chat on Instagram.

  • Each week is focused on learning and implementing one singular skill. Over the course of the week you will complete a worksheet to help you customize the skill to your lifestyle, history and preferences so that it’s completely relevant to you and your needs.

  • There will be specific suggestions and prompts for sharing in the private Instagram group chat to give you support and accountability. The more you put into the community, the more you will get out of it. Because, in the words of the brilliant Brene Brown, connection is the antidote to shame.

  • Soft Body Summer is 3 weeks long which means at the end you will have a mini workbook with 3 skills customized specifically to you that you can take with you into summer and beyond.

  • We start Monday May 20 and finish Sunday June 9

I don’t look like your typical nutrition and body image coach. I’m a size 12 with a soft belly that rolls over my pants. And I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been.
