Hi! In case you don’t know me, I am a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach specializing in women’s nutrition, behavior change and body image.
I help women finally break out of the yo yo diet cycle so they can loosen the grip that food and the scale have on their life and lose fat without restrictive dieting. No more calorie counting, carb-cutting, or Monday restarts.
