2026 course correct
A 2 hour mini retreat to build an action plan focused on your career or well-being so you can get out of your own way before 2027 hits.
sound familiar?
Every January starts with a burst of motivation that fizzles out by February.
You feel like you're constantly behind, scattered, or pulled in too many directions.
You want to improve your health, career, relationships, or daily habits, but you struggle to figure out what deserves your energy first.
You want to feel calm, focused, and aligned during the holidays instead of waiting for January 1 to start over.
what we’ll do during the retreat
Create a clear, realistic vision for your life.
Define what you want your life to look and feel like a year from now, in concrete, meaningful terms, in one key area: career/professional development or health & wellness
Identify the values that truly matter to you.
Move beyond a long list of random words that feel kind of useless, pinpoint the core values that genuinely drive your choices, priorities, and sense of fulfillment and know what to DO with them
Define how you want to show up.
Get clear on the person you want to be in the areas that matter most, and what that looks like at 3pm on a random Tuesday, not just when things "aren't so crazy."
Here’s what you’ll walk away with:
A simple, quick, effective self check in process
A prioritized list of 3-5 values and how to use them to make decisions with greater confidence and less second-guessing.
A vision that actually feels like yours.
A definition of what success will look like for you in your chosen area of focus (career/professional, work/life balance or health & wellness), not a version of success based on other people’s expectations, pressure, or “shoulds.”
Goals that are meaningful, relevant and doable
1-3 specific goals rooted in your values, so you’re working toward something you genuinely want rather than copying what everyone else is doing
A personal action plan
Clearly defined next steps that translate your values and goals into action, so you leave with more than insight; you leave knowing exactly what to do next in way that fits your life so when January hits you're already in motion instead of planning another reset

Jordana Edelstein
Jordana Edelstein is a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach for women who are exhausted from years of dieting, second-guessing every bite of food that goes into their mouths, and endlessly trying to fix their bodies.
Women don’t need another list of protein hacks or low-cal snacks.
They need to know what to eat on a random Tuesday afternoon when their kid is home sick and they have a huge work deadline, so they’re not snacking all night.
How to have cookies in the house without obsessing over them all day.
How to have Friday night pizza without deciding they’ve blown it.
And how to put on an outfit and feel great in it. Even when they don’t love the body underneath.
That’s the work Jordana does.
Drawing from her expertise in behavior change and her own decades-long experience with disordered eating and negative body image, Jordana teaches women the skills to make food feel easy, build trust in themselves, and find their best weight without putting their lives on hold until their bodies change.
She works with clients virtually all over the world and is also the host of The Diet Diaries podcast.
Debbie White
Debbie White’s coaching is grounded in a belief that you shouldn’t have to become a different person to create the life you want. Together, you identify what matters most to you, uncover the patterns and obstacles that may be getting in your way, and create practical strategies that work with your strengths, personality, priorities, and the way your brain works.
Clients often come to her feeling stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure of what needs to change. Through thoughtful questions, deep listening, and honest conversation, she helps you see yourself and situation more clearly, and then translate that clarity into action. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, struggling with organization or follow-through, managing ADHD or AuDHD, or simply feeling ready for something to change, you focus on progress that is both realistic and lasting.
Her approach is direct, personal, and grounded in realistic positivity. She brings unabashed authenticity, curiosity, empathy, and if you're up for it, a healthy dose of humor. Her approach is tailored to you and your needs and as we figure out what works for you.
With more than 25 years of experience in corporate marketing and leadership environments, she also brings a practical understanding of the demands of professional life, workplace dynamics, communication, decision-making, and navigating change. She draws on that experience to tailor my coaching, tools, and strategies to where you are now and where you want to go.
Her clients value that she can challenge them without judgment, hold them accountable without being rigid, and create a space where they feel genuinely seen and understood. Clients leave their work together with greater clarity, stronger self-awareness, practical strategies, and the confidence to take meaningful action - all on their terms.
